Error installing Microsoft Edge Webview 2

If you receive an error message stating that Microsoft Edge Webview 2 is already installed, follow the instructions below.

Open regedit via the system search.

  1. Go to the branch HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Micrososoft\Edgeupdate\Clients(F3017226-Fe2A-4295-88DF-00C3A9A7E4C5).

  2. Right-click on the key and select ‘Export’. (F3017226-Fe2A-4295-88DF-00C3A9A7E4C5)

  3. Save the registry file and delete the key.

After removing the key, it is necessary to install the Microsoft Edge Webview 2 package
